Benedicktus and Associates was established in July of 1995 by Ray L. Benedicktus Jr., Certified Residential Appraiser. Our principal place of business is the Hawaiian Islands. We employ an average of five associates per year and the location of our office is 745 Fort Street, Suite 316, Honolulu, HI 96813.

We are also certified to do FHA, Hawaiian Homelands, Leasehold, Commercial property for non lending services and Small Residential Income Properties; 4 units and under. We cover all of the Hawaiian Islands, and our turn time is 5-7 business days from the date of inspection.
